For your consideration is a very original 1925 Model T Tudor. The car came from Georgia where it was purchased new in the spring of 1925. The original owner drove the car until about 1946 then parked it in a barn where is was stored for 71 years. It was pulled out of the barn in the fall of 2016 then came to Texas where it is now. I am the second registered owner of the car with a good Texas title in my name. I have pictures of the original owner and his wife in my files as well as the attached picture of the car where it sat for all those years. I have also included a picture of a model that I set on the hood of the car when it's taken to a car show. The car was running when it arrived, however I wanted to make sure it was safe and reliable to drive soI pulled the engine, transmission and differential and took to the professional restoration shop of Ross Lilleker in College Station, Texas. I asked Ross to go completely through the mechanics and make it safe but don't scrape off any of the Georgia dirt---I wanted it to look as original as possible. I have a complete list of all the mechanical work done on the car, including new valves and springs, rebuilt magneto and transmission with new Kevlar bands and bearings, replaced the original thrust washers in the rear end and also replaced the axles, bearings and brake shoes. The original headliner and outer top are still in place and in good shape. All the original glass is still in place, however the passenger side front glass is cracked. The original window regulators are still in place but don't work. Replacement window regulators are available but I just didn't want to tear into the door panels so I haven't replaced them. The original wheels are solid. At first I thought about putting on a set of new tires, however decided that wouldn't look right so I found 5 pretty good used tires that look proper on the car. The body of the car is very straight and both doors close nicely with a nice click. The starter was cleaned up and works fine and the car starts up nicely and runs very well on magneto. I did replace the carburetor and the generator with rebuilt replacements, however the originals are under the back seat along with a few other odds and ends. The original ignition key is still in the switch. The gas tank is clean and I did install a new fuel line from the tank to the carb/shut off valve. I have taken the car to a few shows such as the Nifty Fifty north of Houston and it is always attracts the most lookers and that makes it fun. I was recently at a show where there were more than 300 cars and the crowd was around this T. FYI: the car was originally green, however there is no paint left on the car. I got that information from a lady that rode in the car when she was a child. There is a reasonable reserve on the auction that equals the amount that I have in the car so I don't do this for business reasons, it's just a fun hobby. Thanks for looking. Conroe is just off Interstate 45, about 40 miles north of Houston. I have tried to describe the car as best as I can, however, if you have questions just let me know. Transportation will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Thanks,
