This 1929 Model A coupe is an outstanding driver and prize-winning show car. This is a top quality car that needs nothing. The black paint with French gray pinstripe is flawless and the body is straight and clean. The previous owner had the engine rebuilt several years agoby Antique Engine Rebuilding in Skokie, Illinois. The motor is a $5,000 motor. It has a new counterweighted crankshaft, new performance cam, new rods, insert bearings, one-piece valve guides with modern valves, oversize intake valves, modern pistons, high compression head and lightened flywheel with V8 clutch. It has a rebuild transmission and rebuilt front end. I'm not sure of the HP (maybe 50?), but the car moves at highway speeds much, much better than a basic Model A. It is outfitted with LED tail lamps, a LED third brake light with turn signal, remote turn signal system with switch on shift lever. It has firestone tires that are virtually brand new. The car has the desirable full trunk. I have 11 cars and must thin the herd, so it's time to move this beauty on to its next custodian. Car is located in SE Connecticut; Connecticut is a non-title state and the car will be sold on a Connecticut Bill-of-sale.You are invited to come for a drive to check it out. You won't be disappointed. If you have any questions, feel free to call me, Bill at 860-908-8123. (No dealers, agentsor brokers)
