Description of 1966 Ford Mustang 2+2 |
I pulled this car out of a pig barn in Nebraska with good attentions of repairing the car using aftermarket parts. or cutting the roof and placing on a rust free coupe. I have decided on neither and to let someone else have the pleasure J That being said. the car is in storage so forgive the pictures. The pictures do tell the story. however. of a car that’s seen better days. All I have is what is pictured. nothing else. In fact. the one remaining door channel (stainless) and the trunk hinges were taken off last year and misplaced. so assume that they are not included. There are no numbers. no title with this car as they were all removed years ago. so it comes with a bill of sale. I do believe that this was a V-8 car. and it does have the brake/clutch pedal assembly still attached. You can see that the roof panel is not repairable. I bought a Dynacorn roof panel from CJ’s for around $400. 00 plus shipping. I will sell this panel to the winning bidder for $350. 00 if they want it. There is probably more bad than good to be said about this car. but it is a fastback. therefore a worthy project. I have no equipment to help load. so if you win. bring your friends to help get this on your trailer. Local pickup only. This car is being sold AS-IS. I am selling with NO RESERVE. I do not. and will not have a buy it now price. In the true spirit of an auction. this sale will go to the hammer and sell to the highest bidder. Since I will probably not be able to get any better pictures. I welcome and encourage you to come and inspect the car personally. I am available weekends. and most evenings. I will answer any and all questions as soon as possible. Thanks for looking. and good luck! Jack |
