Description of 1994 Ford Bronco XLT

Up for sale is an extremely low mileage 1994 Ford Bronco XLT. It currently has 57,885 original miles. I'm the second owner and I recently purchased it from the original owner in March of 2018. I had planed on doing a restore on the Bronco but due to recent change in role at work, I will not have time to continue working on the Bronco.
When I got the vehicle it was in good shape and the owner was an older person who was not driving the vehicle a lot but continued maintenance on the vehicle. I have been told that there were no accidents from prior owner and since I have owned the vehicle I have only put approximately 1000 miles on it this summer taking it the beach and trips around town.

Thepaint on the vehicle is in good condition for a 1994 black model. The cowl and the roof have clearcoat peeling and was going to do paint correction/job soon. There are minor scratches and dings that you would expect to see on avehicle this age. Theinterior is clean and does not smell. (non-smoker), no leaks.
Some Cons:

Cruise control is in op. I have read this is a common issue and will need to be addressed
The cigarettelighter does not work (power point next to itworks fine., may just need a new lighter)
Minorbubbles in the paint on the quarters, fenders and tailgate. Very minor and if paint job is done this can beremedied.
I was going to replace the reartailgate due to common rust issues, but is in fair condition currently. Rear window powerswitchworks from in the vehicle but the key switch in thetailgate is in op, another common issue and the part is discontinued.

I have all maintenance receipts since I purchased the vehicle. It is clean and ready for a new home. I havethe original spare tire cover, theoriginal running boards (need new mounts), original stereo and speakers in box along withoriginal owner manual and spare tire lock key.
ThisBronco is not perfect but has a greatfoundation withextremely low miles to build on. A new paint job and this Bronco will be awesome. I get compliments all the time and people ask if I'm willing tosell it, so here we go.
