1994 F-250 2wd Ext Cab Cummins

1995 cummins 4bt engine swapped into a 1994 F250. Last winter was the first time it's seen a Chicago winter. 30k miles on conversion. Engine was completely rebuilt, was an automatic but swapped to a reman ZF5 speed. A/C works perfectly and so does the cruise control. I Commute 65 miles a day and I average between 25-27 mpg depending on traffic. Tows like a dream. 4000 lb boat and you hardly know it's behind you. Don't have to downshift hills either. I also get between 16-18 mpg towing it. Really a great truck and I hate to get rid of it but I really need a crew cab for newborn space. Listed below is everything I've put into it. All work was done myself.

Engine:

- Factory bore. Block was honed and tanked

- All new bearings

- 4 new pistons and rings

- Cylinder head has new valves and springs

- New oil pump

- New water pump

- New turbo

- Industrial injection P-Pump. Rebuilt with bigger delivery valves and 3,000 rpm governor springs and 16 degrees timing.

Transmission:

- Factory automatic removed and reman ZF5 speed installed.

- New clutch

- Hurst shifter and t handle

Front suspension:

- New hub bearings and seals

- New rotors

- New calipers and pads

- New ball joints

- New tie rod ends and links

- New red head steering box

- New twin I beam bushings

- New brake hoses

- New shocks

Rear suspension:

- Rebuilt axle with 3.55 gears for fuel economy

- New hub bearings

- New brakes

- New brake lines

- New u joints

- New shocks

Under hood:

- New radiator

- New intercooler

- New master cylinder

- New booster

- Electric radiator fan

- K&N air filter

- New batteries

- New vacuum pump

- New power steering pump
