Offering for sale is a 1969 Ford F100 Ranger pickup truck plucked from a farm field where it has been for 26 years. The owner said he parked it because the battery went dead. With some minor repairs and basic maintenance could be used as a daily driver. This F100 Ranger was the top of the line Ford truck for 1969 with its padded dash, custom door panels, A/C, carpeted floors, headliner, wood grain accents, power steering, power drum brakes, working AM/FM radio, original factory 360 V8 that produced 215HP, and automatic 3sp transmission. The truck is being advertised as a running truck, with a functional automatic transmission that can run and stop under its own power. We have replaced the water pump with a remanufactured one, and also replaced the master cylinder and all 4 wheel cylinders. The A/C is not blowing cold but the fan motor does work. The A/C system is complete, it is still hooked up, but hasn't worked in several years. This truck does have an 8ft bed that still has a good floor. The body still has most the original 2 tone paint that has aged nicely and has great patina. Overall it is pretty straight for a truck of its age. Feel free to contact Smitty's Classics with any question.
