  • This 1929 Ford Roadster Rumble Seat Convertible was built by Ford Motor Company with a limited number of these cars made. They were built in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1979 and 1980. This is the 1980 version.They all were fiberglass bodies, steel hood, factory Mustang 2.3 Four Cylinder Steel engine with no aluminum. Four speed manual transmission. 9" Ford rear end with stock 330 gears for the highway use. Car runs at 60/70 mph with no problem. It has Mustang front rack and pinion with disc brake. Drum brake in the rear. New radial tires. New red vinyl roll and pleated seats. New black carpet. New black convertible vinyl top. New roll and pleated door panels. New electric wiper motor. New front chrome radiator shell. Power steering. This car has the Rumble Seat for even more fun. The car only has 18,579 miles. Well kept and in the dry. No rust. No body damage. No frame damage or rust. The car has an older black paint job, still in good condition. Some imperfections in the paint. The 302 V8 motor fits in this car perfectly. Runs and drives excellent.
