Description of 1977 Ford F-250 Ranger XLT

1977 Ford F250 Ranger XLT Camper Special

A very nice 1977 ford F250. This was repainted years ago but still retains the like new shine and luster due to the fact that it has been garaged most of the time. It does have some bumps and bruises from use throughout the years.(look at pictures) It has been meticulously maintained over the years and has 3 folders of receipts and records from the past 20 years to verify this.

It comes with a 351 engine and a four speed manual transmission. This is the Ranger XLT model - top of the line truck in 1977 none better and i presume the camper special model do to the heavy duty radiator and bedside toolbox

It starts right up with no hesitation, being a 77 model it has the good power steering pump which means no power steering whine!! Everything works as it should, the ac belt in not on, but the compressor turns freely. It drives out nice good brakes and doesn't pull from side to side. It has plenty of power and with the overload spring can haul your camper, boat or heavy trailer with ease.

The interior is really nice- look at the seat and door panels and the carpet!! It has an after-market stereo with remote.

It needs a doughnut for the exhaust-can't hear it on the road only when it idles and the toolbox latch needs fixed.

With 2 owners it has always been in Idaho and now eastern Oregon- therefore there isNO RUST in the floors, rocker panels, door bottoms or the drip rails.

This is being sold as is with no warranty- I due require $1000 dollar non refundable deposit due at end of sale.

Good luck and thanks for looking.
