Description of 1983 Ford Bronco XLT |
These Broncos are getting harder and harder to find. Absolutely rust-free. (Any spots on the undercarriage are just very minor surface rust.) No dents, no dings, no damage whatsoever. This Bronco looks like it just drove off the lot, excepting normal wear-and-tear. Perfect panel fit. No evidence of any accidents. All pieces are there. It has been driven sparingly and stored indoors for it's lifetime. Fully loaded XLT model. Highly desirable body style. This would be the perfect truck to drive as-is, or a light restoration would make it mint. You've seen these selling for $50,000 and more fully restored! There are four things that I am aware of (see pics)...the Ford badge at the back could be replaced. The door sill on the passenger side could use some touch-up. The A-pillar plastic piece on the driver's side is cracked. (I don't know how else to describe it - it's a plastic piece about 12" long.) And the paint is in great shape but could use a buffing as it is slightly oxidized. I buffed part of the hood and it came out looking like new, just didn't have a few hours to finish the job. This Bronco is ALL ORIGINAL. It has only 72k miles on it. Due to the age of the vehicle, and that it comes out of dry storage, I would not recommend driving it home outside of the local area. The truck starts, runs, drives fine, and likely could be driven anywhere, but I would be prudent and get it shipped. No warranties. Please ask questions, and feel free to come inspect. I do have a video of it running which I can send to interested parties. |
