Description of 1988 Ford F-350

I am the original owner. I bought new in 1988. custom ordered from the Canadian Ford Truck plant. all options included. A great truck. when the original Ford factory engine was using too much oil at 180. 00 miles in 2002. I decided to completely restore the truck: new custom build engine (NO oil burning after 12 years. runs great). new AC compressor. new steering box and linkage. new fuel pumps. new front seats. new paint job. I spent $20. 00 restoring the truck to better than new condition. I have well maintained it for the last 26 years. I have all the receipts. Great work truck. Includes a custom utility body with locking tool and gear storage lockers. steel. not fiberglass. camper shell. heavy duty welded steel lumber rack. front bumper lumber rack. can carry up to 30 planks of beams on top. Heavy Duty Receiver towing hitch. up to 10. 00 pound tow capacity. Good tires. everything works. AC. heat. electric windows. radio. the doors fit tight. latch well and do not rattle at all. The engine has fuel injection and always is easy to start. NEVER any starting problems. Starts and runs well. But it is 26 years old and has 255. 00 miles on it. so it is not new. showing its age in some ways. some play in the drive train. some surface rust on the frame. a few very small rust spots on the doors. not bad and all easily repairable. The paint has faded and could use a new coat.
