Description of 1988 Ford E-Series Van

I'm selling my beloved 'Rosie'. She is a gorgeous antique motor home with a kitchen, bathroom (toilet and bathtub), plenty of storage. She sleeps 4 (2 double beds) two upstairs at pull out bed and two on expandable sofa downstairs.
She is good mechanically new battery (bought last year). She has brand new tires worth $500!!!
I had her two years and a half and I didn't have to do much work on her, just minor check ups. She passes smog well. She has 95K miles on her. She needs cosmetic work inside. I took down the carpet and few cabinets need new latches to close well. I don't want to work on her anymore so selling as is. Front turtle top window is cracked so I sealed it super well. It doesn't leak but it needs work. No mold. I have all original curtains and furniture for her, just needs putting together. Only thing to buy new is carpet for the main room. Original carpet still in the bathroom. Lastly, back door is pushed in as I slid on ice in Tahoe at 5mph and stoped on a tree. I don't know what one can do with that, sure it's fixable.She's on Oregon plates, to change for Californian all you need is to go to DMV and apply for new plates. I have all the info about it and will share with you upon sale. It doesn't cost anything to get her California plates.
She drives like a dream. Never had any problems with mechanics. Previous owner look after her well. She is in a really good shape. Check on photos. If you have more questions write me.
