Description of 1974 Ford F-250 XLT |
1974 Ford 4X4 F250 Ranger XLT Highboy with Warn Winch and 360 automatic with A/C! Numbers matching truck (except for carb) RUST FreeArizona truck with low miles. Odometer reads 71,000 and truck runs like it. Found the truck a couple months ago at my buddy's house and had tohave it. He bought the truck in November, 1987. The Highboy is super straight and rust free. It has automatic transmission, Air Conditioning, and clean interior. New carpet and seat in original factory blue. It is still original color but did have one repaint about 10-15 years ago. The interior of the truck is super clean. I just put in a brand new factory carpet kit in correct factory blue. The seat is new too. This truck does have the Warn winch. SomeHighboy's camewith Factory Warn winches and I believe this is the case. The KC lights I suspect are aftermarket but are period correct and clean of any imperfections, although they do need rewired. Also, the truck has a dual battery set up. The current tires are 35" BFG KO2 and about 5-10k left on the tread. PROs Rust Free Arizona Truck All Stock (Except carb and wheels) New Interior Runs right Drives right Winch Period Correct KC lights Period Correct Sun Visor for windshield New Batteries Clean glass (one small rock chip in windshield which is an easy repair) CONs Dent repair in driver side bed. Repair was done professionally by Phoenix Body Works andis straight and correct. Paint is faded. I think it looks cool. Needs tires A/C needs recharged Stereo doesn't work. Needs rewired. There is a reserve on the truck but it is reasonable. |
