For the 4th generation of the Fairlane, Ford moved the line to a mid-size offering to compete with the GM A-body. While the platform produced several different variations, the Hardtop Sport Coupe here was an exciting edition to enter the muscle car fray. The Fairlane is powered by a 5.0 v8 paired with a 5 speed manual transmission. The car runs and handles very well.... According to the owner, there is only 1,899 miles on the engine since it was built.
