Description of 1970 Ford Fairlane 500

1970 Ford Fairlane 500. . Not to many available for sale or running around. Last year of the 500; At the start of the model year. only the Fairlane 500 remained as the base trim model in what was now effectively the Torino series. The Ford Fairlane was an automobile model sold between 1955 and 1970 by the Ford Motor Company in North America. The name was taken from Henry Ford's estate. nbsp;Fair Lane. near Dearborn. Michigan. Car has a 302 with an automatic transmission. rebuilt carb and edelbrock manifold. in the trunk is what looks like the factory aluminum valve covers. rear chrome for the window. Factory Air Cleaner. manifold & carb and the rear under body panel. This car was originally blue. and the jams are still blue. the prior owner mate blacked it. The car runs well but needs to have an alignment new tires in the front and a few other TLC items. The car had a vinyl top which was removed. very little rust that I have found. floor pans could use small patches in the front to do it right. Car is very solid and not a rust bucket. Car fires up and drives pretty good in its current state. These cars are just not out and about and as a 1970 its more sought after. put a Torino hood and some different rims and bam. Mileage I will have to look at again and I will take more pictures later. This car is a great find as some of the others I have. . this is a very fair price and lets get it gone or i'll do the TLC and you can see it at Daytona this month. Thank you for looking.
