Up for auction is a Cool old time Hot Rod. This Rod is a fresh build with all old time parts. made to look as they did back in the 30's and 40's. The car was. fetcher art by well known photographer (LJ's Art) at last years Hot August Nights in Lewiston Idaho. The car just has the look. A 1921 T roadster body was used. new steel floors and inner body structure were added. The inner panels of the body are rapped sheet medal. powder coated and then attached with stainless bolts. Shortened windshield posts & glass add to the Hot Rod look. Model T Ford frame was used with 1948 front and rear ends. A Model A steering column & gear steer the car. The front wishbones have been split and the front axle has been moved forward. The car has juice brakes. all new. A set of Model A 19" wheels with wide whites gives the car that old timer look. A fresh 1947 Flathead. nbsp;30 over with stainless valves and big cam. nbsp;built by well known Jack Rohde. gives this Rod its power. The engine is backed up with a 1937 Ford transmission and all new 9" clutch. A Polly gas tank is in the bustle as is the battery and shut off switch. A new radiator keeps this flathead cool even with its big cam and hi compression. Cool retro spot light. and tail light with original Model T head lights also add to the look. Model A wiring harness was used for electrical. This little car is a blast to drive and is a hit at any show or run. Buyer is responsible for shipping and all shipping costs.
