Description of 1926 Ford 5 window coupe |
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸Selling no reserve🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 This vehicle will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price don't lose out Selling my 50s style hot rod I've owned for about 10 years, hard to let I go but trying to get some money together for personal expenses.Title in my name and in handThis body is becoming very desirable VIDEOS https://youtu.be/FKMkS1Ij10c https://youtu.be/ErX7um0KrNk 🇺🇸All Henry Ford steel original body🇺🇸 1926 ford five window coupe on 32 style frame with a 37 flathead v8 paired to factory 3 speed manual transmission in good running condition. History of the car California west coast vehicle Story goes this is was used as a getaway car in a series of robbery's in the 1930s- 40s The car was shot by tommy submachine gun and shotgun during its early rebel career. I wanted to preserve the history and look of the car so the body was sanded down to remove any surface rust and had the body sealed and cleared so it won't rust.I just couldn't get myself to cover it in paint but the body is in good shape if the buyer decided to paint it. I take the car to the local hot rod car meets and this car gets more attention than most other cars in the showHas a original ahooga / klaxon horn that turns heads and gets smiles every time 🇺🇸🇺🇸Engine🇺🇸🇺🇸Has has been professionally rebuilt and sleeved about 10 years ago and has had a few thousand miles put on it since rebuilt, see pictures ( notice the sleeves ) The early 1937 21-stud engine is the favorite replacement engine for '32 to '36 Ford V8's. It is an inserted main bearing like the LB's of late 1936. It also allows you to put the early heads on the engine to "look" correct, hoses and all. Original 6 volt electrical system. Oil pressure is where it should be at 20 psi at idle after warming up. 30 psi before warm up. Engine runs very nice and is fun to drive, gets a lot of attention. 🇺🇸Contact me anytime🇺🇸9492398361 Bob I have very good customer feedback as a seller I will do my best to communicate and help out in anyway I can .
