Description of 1972 Ford Mustang |
This Mach 1 has really good bones It has a strong 351 ford Motor (original) With a great 4 speed manual transmission (original). It does have the typical rust but is not a rust bucket. I have started some rust repair but not complete. This is a "Q" code car. I do have a brand new gas tank that goes with the car and some extra parts. Motor starts and runs off a gas can because of the removal of the gas tank. This is a really sough after car that would make a good restoration project Call me for more info Thanks for looking Rick 2812505040 www.martiauto.com 13238 W Butler Drive El Mirage, AZ 85335 Phone (623) 935-2558 Fax (623) 935-2579 DOOR DATA PLATE INFORMATION Serial Number 2F05Q180085 2 1972 F Built at Dearborn 05 Mustang Mach I 2-Door SportsRoof Q 351-4V Cobra Jet V-8 Engine 180085 Serial Number of this Ford scheduled for production at Dearborn 03/72 March, 1972 63R Mustang Mach I 2-Door SportsRoof 2B Bright Red Paint, Ford #3560-A AA Black Vinyl Standard Bucket Seats 5 Four-Speed Manual Transmission A 3.50 Conventional Rear Axle 11 Boston DSO (District Sales Office) DEALER #: 11L580 Your vehicle was equipped with the following features: - F70x14 Belted Raised White Letter Tires - Console - Sports Wheel Covers - Instrumentation Group Your vehicle was actually produced on March 9, 1972 -- one day ahead of schedule.
