1971 Ford Thunderbird Landau, 24,133 original miles, one of 4,238 built for this last year of suicide doors, utterly rust-free, 100% stock. Engine and transmission are numbers matching to the car; the famous 429 ThunderJet V8 runs and drives as new; transmission shifts seamlessly. Interior very nearly as-new and body as well. Chrome is unpitted. 3 of 4 original keys. Original vinyl "Alligator" top is perfect, dash unblemished and all four headlights are original and work both hi and low beam. Original, non-converted air conditioning still operates (a little weak) as does the cruise control and clock. Original body panels factory marked with paint approval over the original paint and production stickers under hood. Only a few very minor blemishes on this car including minor stone chip damage in the original paint up front and one or two scuffs on the upholstery. From rear doors back has been repainted at some point and is an extremely close match and was expertly applied. Missing two window switches, and horn does not work (rim button issue). Left rear reflector is missing 1/4 piece, but all lights, AM/FM radio, wipers and mechanics operate as new. Rear turn signals blink in succession from center out. I do have the factory front license plate bracket. The plates on the car, date stamped "1971" were the original plates issued to the car and if you're in Colorado it is legal to run them.I have a lot more pictures of this car. I can arrange delivery for this car reasonably anywhere in the nation within 5 days. Will ship worldwide.
