Beautifully restored 1956 Ford Thunderbird Hardtop Convertible, 312 V8. The car is in excellent shape, runs and drives great. This car was the 1986 National calendar car for Bendix Brakes. My parents have owned the car for the last 30 years or so. They don't get much time to drive it anymore, and have decided to give someone else a chance to own it. This is the same porthole hardtop model as Suzanne Somers drives in the movie American Graffiti. The frame up restoration was performed back in the 80's. The car has been garage kept since, and has had numerous planned maintenance trips and minor repairs. During the ground up restoration the owner successfully applied to have the odometer reset to zero. The current mileage is around 10,306 and is subject to change. The car is absolutely beautiful, with little to no rust, dents, or noticeable scratches. We just had the exhaust system completely replaced. The interior is in great shape. There is a clear seat cover on the seat to protect the upholstery (looks like bubble wrap in the pictures). The white pearl paint is in very good shape, with only a few imperfections. The whitewall tires are pretty much the only thing on the car that requires replacement. They are becoming cracked from lack of use. If you don't like to text, feel free to send me your number and I will return your call. WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE IN SELLING THE CAR. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME WITH OFFERS TO LIST THE CAR, BROKER A SALE, OR OTHER SERVICES.
