GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this 1931 Ford Model A Hot Rod for your consideration. Powering this unique creation is a 350 GM Chevy crate motor with only 644 miles on the clock. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Turbo-Hydro 400 transmission with a Lokar floor shifter and an S-10 rear end. Other modifications include a 1932 Ford radiator shell and an aluminum radiator. This classic custom received a frame-off restoration in 2017 that was... finished in early 2018. Externally the car is finished in a Sour Apple Metallic paint with a clear coat. An all-steel roof was added during the restoration. Though steel isn't just found on the roof. The whole thing is steel except for the fenders. This car is extremely visually appealing and is sure to capture the attention of many. All new upholstery, carpet, and gauges were added during the restoration. Other things that were added were a Vintage Air heater, a tilt steering wheel, and Auto-Meter gauges. While it looks visually appealing, the hot rod offered here is also a dream to drive. It features a Vega steering box, and power front disc brakes. In addition to all other modifications, a new battery, and all new wheels and tires were installed at the time of the restoration. Ford Model A Hot Rods are one of the most unique looking cars on the road due to each creator having their vision of the finished product. This custom Model A is spectacular and was built extremely well. Please call or email today with any questions or for additional information.
