1973 Ford Gran Torino SportRock Solid Original California Car, been in North Dakota for at least the last 5 yearsAccording to the Marti Report, was Originally sold in California as a 351 Cobra-Jet C6 Automatic, Bucket Seats with Console, with Special Paint, by all indications it was Originally BlackNow has a 429 V8 Engine I was told has approx. 3,000 miles on a rebuild, appears all stock except for an Edelbrock CarburetorIt has less than 1,000 miles on the wheels and tiresThe interior has what looks like Newer Carpet and Headliner, with the headliner not being stretched properly so it looka a bit loose. Seats look nice, the lower portion of the backseat is covered as there a many split seams that have been taped over. There are no cracks in the dash, Tach and Gauges all work, has no radio just a block off plate where it was. It appears a previous owner had an aftermarket unit installed in the glovebox,The bottom of the car is Rock Solid, with no previous patches in the floors or trunk floor, no crustiness, just a light coating of rust as any 46 year old car from the south would have. No black paint or undercoating sprayed on the undercarriage to hide anything. Has one small dent right above the drivers side front marker light that did not break the paintI drove it 250 miles home when I purchased it and would have no hesitation about driving it across country, the Power Steering and Power Disc Brakes work as they shouldThis a Gorgeous Looking Car that Turns Heads wherever I go, but it is not a perfect show car, The previous owner lived on a gravel roadSelling to buy my daughter a newer SUV, or me a newer Harley, so those are the only trades I am interested inAny questions feel free to call Bill at 651-955-2888
