1939 Ford 9-N 0 Red and gray 2.0 Liter 3 Speed Manual

Here is a local tractor I bought 4 years ago. IT was in town on a local property still being used off Main Street. I got the bright idea to have it redone from a friend "On the side". Never say take your time to someone redoing something for you or you get it in almost 4 years, Well this handsome rascal is finally here sporting that side mounted tool box with several of the original tools with the "Ford"... logo and that super awesome Ford lock and key. These cool tractors were like $585 brand new. I found this original grill guard at the Fredericksburg Trade Days thinking what a find and it sure sports up the front end quite well. The red and gray just turns me on, I think these old Fords are just way cool. From what I have read the engine is a 119 ci inline 4 cylinder they rate the draw bar hp at 12. It has been converted to a 12 volt electrical system. What is kinda interesting is how the number system came into place. 9N, then 2N, then 8N. Well thank you for looking at our sexy ole tractor.
