In 1941 the country was gearing up for war, and this involved car companies as well. Production was slowed, and in 1942 actually shut down for a few years to contribute to the war effort. As a result, examples of this car may vary from even car to car, due to limited parts, there were substitutions. The changes from 1941 to 1942 were very limited, and sometimes due to a swap of available parts on a particular run. So, during this time there were many "few off" cars which would become very rare. For consignment an AACA Senior Badge and Grand National Badge car from a restoration the occurred about 20 years ago. Also, a movie star as consigner states that this car was used in the Jane Fonda Movie "The Doll Maker". The car did not win an Oscar though! Exterior Interior Drivetrain Undercarriage Time has passed, and this car has stayed the very same as when it received a quality restoration 20-30 years ago. Still presents like new and runs beautifully.
