Up for sale is a 1961 F100 Unibody Big Back Window Short bed pickup. Tons of work has already been done. This build was being done for SEMA, but due to other commitments it is up for sale. The Chassis was built and featured in Street Trucks Magazine as a How-To article. So the chassis build is well documented and I have a copy of the Issue that will go with the truck if it sells. TCI Mustang II suspension, Willwood brakes, Competition Engineering rear components, TCICoil overs, MMS 3 link rear setup used for the GT500, and a brand new Ford Racing GT500 rear axle with 3:73 gears and Carbon Fiber Posi. Chassis has front and rear sway bars, and was built with Autocross in mind. Frame was blasted and powder coated. Shelby American custom built the 18x10 wheels and the tires are Good Year, Super Car F1's. Drivetrain is a 32 valve 5.4 out of a 2008 Shelby Gt500, with a Tremec 6 speed manual. 33,000 miles on motor and trans, and RRC aluminum fuel cell. The truck body is Originally 99% rust free, a lot of custom metal work has been done to the truck. There is a custom Oak wood bed that has been done with bed strips and SS hardware, complete interior retrofit out of a 2008 Shelby GT500, including A/C and Cruise Control. I have original dash if wanted. Also have new headliner for truck as well. New one piece power door glass has been mocked up, along with the steering column, brake master and booster, slave cylinder, and all pedals. The truck has been completely assembled and mocked up, and is now back apart to the stage of metal finish, and paint and body. The underside of truck has been bare metaled, epoxy primed, and painted with base/clear along with the firewall. I have front and rear bumpers along with the headlight bezels and rear tail light assemblies. This truck is very close to being done, what it needs to be finished is topside body and paint, wiring, fuel system, and assembly. I have complete GT500 original wiring harness. This truck was appraised to be well into six figures when completed. Looking to try and recoup some of my investment. Clear Texas title. Please look at the pictures and let me know if you have any questions or offers. Thanks
