You are buying a 1966 Mustang hardtop coupe with original straight 6 cylinder 200 (matching numbers), auto transmission, starts right up, runs great, was our daily driver until we started the restoration in 2014. All original with AC that blew cold when we was driving it, all lights, gauges, radio, heater, etcetera worked also. Mustang was purchased in 1972 by my father and has been in the family since,spent its entire life in the south. All chrome, light covers, bumpers, trim and other parts have been removed for body and paint work, we still have all the original parts. Mustang had an after market vinyl top on it when originally purchased back in 72, was replaced due to leaks and rust with a good top off another 66 mustang, top was primed, painted and a new headliner installed, also has a new starter, battery, rear bumper plus the original, windshield gasket, one wheel cylinder, and newer rear light covers. A lot of body work has been done, no bad rust left, some surface rust has shown up here and there while stored, was garage kept until recently, under cover last couple of months, tires may need to be replaced since they have set up for a few years, was started and ran on a regular basis, no known issues with motor or transmission.
