Description of 1991 Ford Bronco eddie bauer 4x4 5.8 |
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very original rust free Bronco that has spent its life in sunny California. This 1991 model is a Eddie Bauer edition with the 351 V8 (5.8 liter), automatic overdrive transmission, power windows, air conditioning and electronic shift four wheel drive. The body is rust free and still in original paint except the hood. The Bronco will need repainting and there is a good size dent on the passenger front fender (see photos) The chrome is nice and all the glass is good. The interior is in good original condition apart from a sagging headliner and the lower drivers seat foam that is somewhat deflated at the door side (see photo)The Bronco fires up easily and runs strong, it shifts gears smoothly and the overdrive works, please view video for the Bronco running. The check engine light is on and it shows an EGR fault. It does not seem to effect how the Bronco runs though but it will not pass the California smog test with the check engine light on. If I do sell this to a California buyer they will have sign a bill of sale stating they are buying it "as is" for parts and it is their responsibility to smog it. All the power windows work correctly. The A/C is not working, everything is there but it has no Freon. This Bronco does need some work but is overall an easy project for the right person and will be worth a lot more money finished. 20190930 104237 1 Video will open in a new window Using the mobile app?
