Description of 1969 Ford Mustang

This 1965 Ford Mustang is a K-code fastback built in December 1964 and finished in Ivy Green over black vinyl. The car was acquired by me two years ago out of Florida and is said to have been previously refurbished. Power is from a stroked V8 reportedly sourced from a 1969 Boss 302 and paired with a 4-speed manual transmission.
The body was repainted in its factory shade of Ivy Green under previous ownership and features gold stripes on the lower fenders and doors.
Aftermarket 16â€ 5-spoke wheels are equipped with Vintage Wheel Works center caps and Hankook Ventus tires date-coded from 2014.
A wood-rimmed 3-spoke steering wheel is fitted along with a factory stereo. The odometer shows 65k miles, approximately 500 of which have been added by me. Total mileage is unknown.
The V8 is equipped with a roller cam and mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. The original K-code 289ci V8 is not available.
Fresh oil and coolant were added in March 2018.
