Beautifully restored F-250. We started with a rust free low mileage western truck. Every mechanical system of the truck has been gone through and rebuilt or replaced as needed. Many tasteful upgrades listed below. Everything works as it should. I have the original build sheet and owners manual. Rides great and is VERY POWERFUL.Less than 500 miles on truck since Completion. I have 2 folders full of documentation and receipts for the build and well over 30k invested. I was building it to keep forever. Buying a vacation home for my family so truck has to go.- BODY/PAINT- We disassembledtruck and painted all parts individually. All FORD sheet metal, no aftermarket panels. Added Ranger trim for two tone Red/Black Added 1977 grill inserts (I have original 1974 grills if you prefer) Inside of bed is as nice as exterior of truck. Underside of cab/bed is coated with satin black protectant. All lighting on truck is converted to LED lights (literally every bulb). Glass is in great shape. All rubber seals have been replaced or are in great shape. About as clean and rust free as you will find on the East Coast.
- Chassis/Drivetrain- Chassis has been cleaned and coated with POR 15 protectant. Power steering, Power brakes. Axles,transfercase, brakes and drivelines have been rebuilt and resealed. 3:55 gears and positraction added. New Warn locking hubs, The 3:55 gears and 35" tires make it a pleasure to drive at freeway speeds. The engine has so much power it will smokethe tires from a dead stop so I didn'tneed lower gearing.
- Engine- 445 Cubic Inch Stroker Motor. We started with a 390CI Block Added a SCAT stroker crankshaft kit. Only the best parts were used to build this engine. Harland Sharp roller rockers. Complete Edelbrock performer RPM top end (Aluminum heads, Intake and Camshaft) ARP Fasteners, TRW forged Pistons, MSD Pro Billet Ignition, Holley 750 Carburetor, Melling oil pump &pushrods, Milodon oilpan & pick-up. Headman Headers, Powermaster High Torque starter. Engine was professionally balanced and assembled. 10 to 1 compression ratio. Builder estimates 450 horsepower and 575 foot pounds of torque. Runs on pump gas, solid 65lbs of oil pressure at idle. Has tons of power and cruises like a stock engine.
- Transmission- Built C6 automatic. Has all high performance internals. Hughes torqueConverter. large cooler, deep pan and trans temp gauge.
- Interior- Seat was refurbished with new foam and original Type upholstery. Driver and passenger seat heaters were installed. Seatbelts for all 3 passengers. American flag headliner. Added oil pressure, trans temp and water temp gauges. Retro sound Stock appearing stereo with hookup for aux (phone,Ipod etc.) 6.5 Speakers hidden in doors. New carpet, trim, sun visors, Etc. Sound deadener/insulation was added in cab and in doors. Very comfortable and quiet ride.
- Tires/wheels Brand new 16x10 aluminum wheels. 35x12.50R16 General grabber AT tires.
- Misc- Truck Has dual batteries and 100Amp alternator. Has Dual Deraille electric Cooling fans recored radiator. It will not overheat in any weather. Being it was a north western truck it has the rare Ford high output heater in it. Battery, engine and trans heaters were added. Will start in any Freezing weather. Has new class 3 receiver hitch. Full aluminized 2.5" Dual Exhaustwith Flowmaster mufflers and stainless tips.
