. . ***NO RUST OR ROT --- SOUTHERN VEHICLE*** . This is a 1931 Model A pickup that the owner asked me to list. She inherited the truck from her father's estate. He bought it from Georgia and owned it for over 35 years. He drove it quite often and it run great. After she inherited she had some work done on the A and drove it for a while. It ran and drove fine. The gas tank deteriorated and trash got into the filter and carburetor. She bought a new tank and it needs to be painted and installed. The owner has decided to sell the pickup. It is currently not running and needs the carburetor and filter cleaned and the new tank installed. When it was running the brakes, steering, clutch and transmission worked fine. The lights work; horn doesn't. The seat back is thicker than it should be and needs to be made smaller. The black fenders have paint cracks. Tires are old and should be replaced. The battery is new. This would be a great project that will not take much time to get running properly. I invite anyone seriously interested in the pickup to set up a time to check it out - email me or call 804-five nine zero-0718 with any questions or if you'd like to set up a time to see it.
