Description of 1951 Ford Custom

This car has no title. I have done two title searches in both Ohio where I live and in Oklahoma where we bought it in 1983 to find any available information, which I was unable to. After the car was purchased from the original owner it sat in our barn and has been in there since 1983. The title was never put into our name and I do not know where the title is. I have no paperwork on this vehicle. The reason no information came up is because it has been so many years since the car has been registered. Since the car has sat so many years with no maintenance it does not run. It still has the original 6 volt electrical system and I have not attempted to put a good battery in it to try to start it but I did try to turn the crankshaft bolt with no success. I did not want to turn it too hard with fear of damaging the bolt. I did put a little transmission fluid into the cylinders to allow it to soak in case it was stuck. It has the original Ford flathead V8. I have an ignition key but do not have a trunk key. The odometer reads 45,777 miles and I would not be surprised if this is actual. If it is not actual, the elderly lady that originally owned this kept great care of it. There is some surface, rust mostly under the frame of the car but there is not rot or major rust anywhere that I can see on the car. I believe the car was repainted at some point before we purchased it. I can tell this from a tiny bit of overspray on parts of the windows and tire air nozzles. This car is solid and great condition for almost 70 years old. The doors shut like they did when it was new. It is equipped with the visor over the windshield and a prism for viewing the stoplight above. This is a very neat car! Please understand I have no paperwork on this car and I am not familiar of the processes to getting a title in a situation like this. I stated on the listing that there was a "flood, water damage title" because there was no option for a "NON TITLE" without having to list it as a parts car. From much research, the VIN number on these old Fords used a serial number stamped on a plate riveted to the firewall which is why the VIN number is different than a typical VIN. If you have any questions, please ask.
