In Illinois you get a junk title. This is literally a car left in a barn. I have a contract with the owner for storage. He left the car and owes me money. I have a lawyer that will get a junk title if it sells to you. You will then have a junk title. In Illinois that means you can rebuild it if you meet the requirements of the law. A father and son can't rebuild this car legally in Illinois. YOU must be certified to rebuild it. It is up to you to know the law where you live. I need a $600 deposit to start the title paperwork. You will need to arrange transportation. This car will not drive in present condition. I have more photos and take take a photo of anything you wish.
