Up for dibs is a 1984 Ford F-250 XL standard cab 4x4 "bullnose" truck. I bought it as a fixer upper, but just don't have the time or funds to keep dumping into it. It's in great shape for the year. The frame has almost no rust, the previous owner did some body work and painted it, the four wheel drive works fine, and the engine sounds great! New rear brake drums, cylinders, calipers, hoses, parking brake assembly, new mirrors, new four wheel drive hub (passenger side), new bed mat, new wiring harnesses for rear lights, starter, and solenoid. So here are the cons....starter is engaging when you drive and now appears to be locked up (but that will be taken care of as I am planning to take it off and exchange it for another one). It appears to be an ignition switch problem. The valve cover and oil pan both have leaks, dash has a hole in it, hence the dash cover as pictured. Tailgate is missing, two bed bolts are missing, and glove box is missing (so I bought a glove box liner to insert for now), passenger side door latch is stuck and door won't close (which is why there is a strap holding it closed), there is a lot of play in the steering, and the tail lights don't come on with the rest of the lights when turned on. That's what I know. Any questions, please reach out and I will answer them to the best of my ability. PLEASE NOTE: I AM ADVERTISING THIS VEHICLE LOCALLY AND IF IT SELLS, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THE AUCTION!!!
