Up for sale is a 1970 mach 1 in need of restoration... This car has been in my family for an extremely long time and I was going to restore but due to personal reason, I will be letting this beauty go.... The interior is very very restorable .. For example when you remove most old car seats the springs and rail are rusted and look like crap, and this cars seat rails and springs are still black with all tags there and complet, which is awesome when restoring....This was an original automatic car to begin with but was converted to a manual back in the late 70s to a coded HEH-BX (k code/shelby) close ratio manual which on its own is worth around 3500.00... The car is running and was drivable up til about 2.5 yrs ago when I started to rebuild the suspension and brake/fuel lines....I have rebuilt the pedal system(powder coated) with all new springs and pins along with adding disc brakes from a 70 boss along with a power booster... I was told by my dad before he passed that the engine was from a 71 or 72 cobra jet belt I never checked the numbers, but the engine does run extremely strong without smoking and so on...Like all these old cars, it will need floor pan work, trunk, and quarter work but the door, fender, and hood are super nice... The price is firm and payment will need to be paid by wire transfer or cash in hand on pickup ...
