Here in this listing we have a nice true barn find! One owner tucked away the past 25 years +. It is a 1969 Ford Cobra Torino 428 Cobra Jet Ram Air "R" code with 46. 00 original miles on it. It runs and drives great. It really pulls hard and shows why these cars were listed as famous muscle cars from that time period. This car is truly untouched. unmolested. It's as close to original as I ever seen. The only thing not original to the car is the distributor and coil. It was changed over to a dual point style back in the 70's (Mallory dual point). The carb shown in the pics is one I put on to get it running. I have the original carb and it was all rebuilt. I have the original ram air piece for the air cleaner. I have the top part that has the vacuum flapper and rubber seal. I don't have the base but those can be found. I went through the car and did all the Brakes. front to back. The rear has all new drums and hardware and wheel cylinders. The front has new discs. calipers. pads. bearings. lines. etc. It has a new master cylinder and booster. I have all the old stuff for you guys that want to rebuild them and put them back so the car stays a true number matching car. It also has a brand new gas tank and lines installed. All fluids were changed. As for the rust on this car there is minimal to no rust or rot on this car. It was stored in a old barn that didn't leak and was stored on a wood floor. The floor pans and underneath of this car are super clean. The trunk area is perfect. The quarters are near perfect. The fenders and doors are perfect. You will have to see the car to believe it. Everything electrical works on this car. The lights. heat. blinkers. brake lights. am/fm radio still works. This is a rare car and even more rare to find on in this shape. Nobody messed with the car. I have the full marti report on the car. This car is 1 out of 29 made with the options this car had. Makes it even more rare. It was ordered with the 428 ram air. bucket seats and console. power disk brakes. power steering. argent wheels. sport mirrors. etc. Check the picture of the report.
