1966 Ford Fairlane GTA 2 door hardtop with 390 engine. Original "S" Code Car. The restoration was done several years ago and was hardly ever driven. Engine is a stock 390 and runs very good. All glass and rubber is very nice. The upholstery looks nearly new. All chrome and britework is good, but not perfect. This car is good, but not perfect. This car is best described as a very nice driver and and local car show participant. It is not concours quality, but would not take much to take it to the next level. The front bumper should be replaced. The tires and wheels are old and should be replaced. I have the original GT wheels if you want them.
I also have the original GT steering wheel that goes with the car. It needs some work so a regular fair lane wheel was installed until the GT wheel was restored. The body is nice and is good driver quality and has retained its shine. The doors close well and the body fit lines are good. Windows roll up and down properly. The 390 hood emblems need a repaint.
