1933 Ford Model A 1/2 ton Pickup V8 Rat Rod

For Sale or Trade, a 1933 Ford Truck, 1/2 ton, Model 46, Rat Rod. ( Retired SCCA Full Comp Driver ). Looking for a new project, an old race car orReplicaproject orJust something different.Can be a roller, can also be a cash or cash and trade deal. The 1933 Ford is all Henry Ford metal. Frame has been boxed and the back 1/3 rd has been redone to a 4 link setup for a coil over Ford 9 inch rear end that has been narrowed, a locker. The cab has been chopped 3 1/2 inches and in true Rat Rod style it is not a perfect weld job. The doors and locks are all original and work. The bed was cut short 12 inches to match - up to the frame. The bed holds a 15 gal fuel tank, a batt box, fuel pump & a power cut off switch. The Engine is a Ford 351 W reworked, 40 over with a flat tappet cam. It has Aluminum Edelbrock 6037 Performer heads and roller rockers. High rise intake with a Holley 750. Its got a older reworked FMX trans setup with a C4 bell housing, a C6 tail section with a large C6 tail shaft.It has classic roadster headers, Speedway 22 circuit wiring harness, a Lokar floor shifter, a tilt column a new just installed gauge package with 03 miles on it. The rims are Visi & Crager. The tires are 185 / 60 / 15 and 275 / 60 /15 drag radials. The car runs straight but its not 100% perfect. The truck is very light so it has some rear end chatter with the locker rear end doing slow turns. There would be less chatter if the rear coil overs had a few more turns on the spring caps. I had my second full knee replacement 6 weeks ago. I cant kneel down to getunder the truck to do that. This is alsowhy its up for sale. The car is in the Fort Myers / Port Charlotte area.
