Ford Fairlane . 68 Fairlane California car. I purchased this car years ago to re-body a 68 Torino GT 390 4-spd. the interior from that car is setting in this one. I purchase the 68 Torino as an original 19K mile car, when i picked it up it was sitting in a field and a total rust bucket. I stripped all the parts off the 390 4SPD title/door tag and was going to convert this Fairlane. I still have everything off that car 390, 4 speed, posi rear end, everything needed to convert this auto to the manual. I may be selling that stuff later. This is a 289 car, motor turns over freely. The door panels from the Grand Torino go with this car. The driver seat has a tear in it and I have original material to fix that portion of the seat. I don't have a title for this Fairlane, i can supply a bill of sale. You can get a title, there are lots of companies that offer that service. The torque boxes are in very good shape as well as the floors. On the passenger front floor it does have a couple small rust holes, i don't think it would justify replacing it. This is sold as is and does not have a warranty of any kind. I will hold that car up to two months as long as full payment is received. I may accept a credit card with processing fee of 3%if the minimum payment is not received within 24 hours the second highest offer may be accepted.
