Condition is that of a 25 year old daily work car. Some dents. bumps. dings. scratches. The windshield does have a very small nick which you have to look closely to find and see it. All of the lights work. The radio works (AM/FM/cassette). Windows crank up/down normally. rear side vent windows tilt outward normally. Seat adjust normally and automatic seatbelts slide along their tracks smoothly. Steering is manual on the Festivas. all 6 years (1988-1993). The engine is fuel injected and is quite strong and powerful for the vehicle size and weight. The manual transmission shifts smoothly and is quite quick to the axles. The exhaust was done a year ago and has passed recent state emissions testing. Body is in fair condition. The fenders. doors. nbsp;rocker panels. roof. front hood and rear hatch are rust free and solid. Rust has set into the wheel well areas around all four wheels. I am including a factory shop service repair manual for the 1990 Ford Festiva. This is the same 3 inch thick manual repair shops use. Loaded with diagrams. parts lists and schematics. I have the clear title. Any state vehicle inspections for purpose of state title registration are the responsibility of the buyer. This car is being sold AS-IS with no warranty given or implied. This car does move quite freely under it's own power. However. due to the brakes NOT being functional this car would need to be towed. driven up onto a trailer or otherwise hauled.
