Here is a rare example of a factory "Mountain States" edition Ford Ranger. This truck has been kept in excellent mechanical condition. The truck was modified to go as far into the back country of the Rockies (mostly Montana. Nevada and California) as safely and reliably as possible. The Mountain States package was only sold in western states. and included under chassis skid plates (fuel. tranny. transfer case. diffs. and centre bearing). 4WD. AC. premium wheels.
