Description of 1964 Ford Falcon falcon

Fewer and fewer of these are listed as the years roll on. (there weren't that many to begin with) seems like everyone that is listed is either absolutely horrible. or super expensive. this one lands pretty much in the middle. I purchased it a little over ten years ago. then lost employment. and had to stop driving it. It sat garaged for all that time. Took her out a couple months ago and it started right up. The item is mostly original. except for a alternator from generator change. Want the good news or the bad news?Let's start with the bad. the car is 50 years old so. /p>The Florida sun has beat the crap out of the paintThere is rust under the vinyl roof. (If I was going to keep it. that would come off before a new paint job was done)The tach and gas gauge do not workThe speedometer has a mind of its own. The radio does not work. may just be because the antennae isn't plugged in. (who listens to AM radio anyway?no power brakes. you need to be a man to stop this beast. No warranty of any kind. sold as is. If I think of anything else. I'll add it.
