1948 Ford Thames Panel Van
Up for your consideration in a1948 Ford Thames Panel Van project. The chassis is a custom Ford 1951 E493A Frame with a Ford 9", Strange aluminumcenter section, 4-link and coil springs. The body is in decent condition. Someone stripped the paint off and primed it. There is some speckled rust holes mostly around the bottom edges (see pictures). I have the front fenders, grill, hood, rear door skins, and custom made roll cage that is not welded in. No other parts are included. I have the title for the 51 chassis and the title for the 48 body but no body VIN tag! At some point the tag was removed and lost. These 48-52 Thames Van projects are just about impossible to find here n the US! Great for a gasser or pro street hot rod!This Thames Van is located in Cincinnati OH.
