This "Classic" 1940 Ford Tudor Sedan is currently recognized as one of the finest current "Ford in a Ford" Restomod builds (this 40 Ford has been recognized with precious awards from theGrand National Roadster Show, Goodguys West Coast Nationals)

This all "Original Henry Ford" steel sedan body has been meticulously restored. Special note: the factory original no-light passenger side rear fender (turn signals were not offered on the Standard models in 1940 only a stop light in the drivers side fender) is respected and not modified (notice custom passenger side taillight / turn signal)
Chassis: Original 40 Chassis Ford frame with visible original Ford factory VIN numbers (original chassis engineered & strengthened to accommodate the modern drive train), Heidt's super-ride IFS front suspension, coil over shocks front & rear, 4 wheel power disc brakes, Mustang 2 rack & pinion power steering, 8.8 Ford differential with triangulated 4-link 3.73 posi 3rd member.
Engine / Drivetrain: Port matched, "High Performance" 5.0 OHO 302 cubic inch "small block" Ford motor is paired to a Ford AOD automatic Overdrive transmission. This 40 Ford is additionally equipped with a custom Flowmaster exhaust system, Vintage Air serpentine belt drive & air conditioning and heating components.
Electrical system & Instrumentation: equipped with "State of the Art" instrumentation & wiring / communication systems. System includes: Bluetooth / usb / SD card / FM stereo & amp, custom front & rear speakers, interior lighting, electric front & rear windows, electric parking brake, electric windshield wipers & electric actuated cowl vent.
Exterior Finish: "Exquisite" Tuxedo Black exterior paint. Additionally the under-body has been completely treated with Linex undercoat (for high quality weatherproofing & sound attenuation)
Interior Finish: interior finished with a "Luxurious" state of the art custom leather including the trunk, dash & window trim, headliner finished in wool material (same material utilized by Mercedes Benz), carpet is leather edge bound German wool.
