The floors. frame rails and body are very solid in this car. The paint is older but presents well. consider this one a 10 footer. The Hunter Green color is a classic and goes well with the Vintage Torque Thrust D Wheels. The tires are in good condition with lots of life left in them. Drivetrain wise. this Mustang has been totally upgraded with a 1990 vintage Mustang 5. 0 Roller Camshaft engine. The engine has an aluminum intake manifold with an excellent working 4 barrel carburetor. electronic ignition & performance exhaust. This engine fires up extremely easily. even when cold. It has excellent manners and runs really nice regardless of temperature. The T5 5 Speed Transmission is a HUGE upgrade with its overdrive and upgraded aftermarket shifter. It shifts very crisp & precise. the clutch works effortlessly. This is an easy car to drive for drivers of nearly any experience level. The factory 8 inch differential would have quickly succumbed to the 5. 0’s horsepower so it was replaced with a bullet proof 9” differential equipped with a Traction-Lock carrier. The 5. 0 will easily spin the rear tires inducing nice smoky clouds and big smiles. The front suspension and steering have been rebuilt. The steering is tight & responsive. The suspension has been upgraded with KYB shocks and a large front sway bar. This car has very neutral handling and it really inspires confidence. The upgraded braking really works nicely and hauls this light Pony car down from speed effortlessly. This is a car that can be driven hard and be tremendously rewarding and you can still toss the keys to your wife and she can drive it and enjoy it as a classic driver. This car exceeds at both.
