Here we have a very cool and clean 65 short wide box pickup. I got this in a package deal and have decided to let it go. It's too cool as is to cut up which is what I am doing to the other truck in the deal so here are the specifics on this one. It had been sitting for over a decade and it took a lot to get it to where it is today. Here is a list of everything that has been done to it in the last few months to get it up and driving again. It is a 6 cylinder with a factory c4 automatic tranny. The engine has a NEW FUEL PUMP, A NEW CARBURETOR,ELECTRONIC IGNITON, NEW PLUGS CAP ROTOR AND WIRES. The original radiator leaked as did the water pump and the heater core so we installed a NEW RADIATO, NEW WATER PUMP AND NEW HEATER CORE. The automatic transmission has been REBUILT and has less than 100 miles on it. The muffler was replaced with an oem style muffler which keeps it nice and quiet. Of course the brakes were bad so there is a NEW MASTER CYLINDER as well as a couple of new wheel cylinders and lines. The cab mount bushings as well as the I-beam bushings have been replaced. There was minimal rust on the undercarriage and where there was rust it was cut out and repaired and undercoated. There is still minimal rust on the inner fenders.Not bad but worth noting and I do have pics. The frame is solid.The truck appears to have originally been blue and was painted the current teal decades ago. The interior is still blue and feature a freshly boiled out gas tank and a NEW SENDING UNIT so the gas gauge is now working. The seat was completely taken down to the springs and restored with all new foam and material as well as fresh paint on the springs and hardware. The windshield was cracked so we installed a NEW WINDSHIELD AND RUBBER SEAL. Overall it's a very cool stock running and driving truck with a lot of new parts. Drive it as is or it's a great start for some upgrades. Buyer is responsible for shipping but delivery is an option .
