Description of 1955 Ford Fairlane 2 DOOR SEDAN

This auction is for a very nice little 55 Ford that belongs to my Grandparents located 20 minutes south of of Oklahoma City in Tuttle Oklahoma . The car was purchased as a show car/cruiser for my grandmother and she does not drive it often so has decided to offer it for sale . The body is very straight and the restoration is said to be 10 years old but looks awesome still today . The chrome . moldings and bright work show well and the paint is very smooth and straight and not textured with orange peal or bubbles and cracks like most older cars. The glass is in good condition and the interior was done very nicely . The tires were upgraded to radial wide whites and just add a great vintage 50's appearance . The engine was said to be freshened when the car was restored and I am told it is a non original 292 V8 that runs great. The electrical system is now upgraded to 12 volt . The automatic transmission shifts as it should and the car drives great .
