Recent window Tint since photos. Just got this car in and it is BAD ASS.....This beast runs! It's not show car but a ton of fun. Reduced price as it sits today. We want to take this car to the next level and price will go up. The replacement 460ci V8 was installed under previous ownership and is said to feature the following: .030? overbore Ported cylinder heads Proform 850-cfm carburetor Edelbrock intake with Thunderbolt-style headlight ducting Moroso aluminum radiator Deep-sump oil pan Davis Unified Ignition performance distributor Racing starter Long-tube exhaust headers 3? exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers This 1965 Ford Fairlane is a Kansas City-built station wagon that was delivered new to Los Angeles, California and reportedly spent 15 years with its previous owner in Tennessee. The car has been refinished in white with hand-painted Thunderbolt graphics over an interior with four cloth sport seats, and power is from a replacement 460ci V8. Additional equipment includes a three-speed automatic transmission, a fiberglass teardrop hood, long-tube exhaust headers, and more. The car was finished in White (M) and is said to have been repainted in the 1990s as well as receiving hand-painted lettering and pinstripes inspired by the Thunderbolt drag racers of the 1960s. The cabin features front and rear sport seats in gray cloth that were reportedly sourced from a Lincoln and are accompanied by a matching center console housing power adjustment switches. Further additions include a B&M QuickSilver shifter, a dash-mounted tachometer, a trio of accessory gauges, and a JVC cassette stereo. A four-spoke Grant steering wheel frames factory instrumentation including a horizontal speedometer and a five-digit odometer that shows approximately 97k miles. Total mileage is unknown. A vented fiberglass teardrop hood has replaced the stock version. Staggered-width 15? chrome steel wheels wear BFGoodrich tires up front and Micky Thompson rubber at the rear. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a C6 three-speed automatic transmission and a Ford 9? rear end with 4.10:1 gears. Chassis updates include subframe connectors, ladder track bars, and a driveshaft loop. Previous owner said dyno'd at 513 hp 4600 rpm and 540 ft lbs torque. Modified shock towers to fit this motor where a 289 origninally sat. New engine and transmission mounts. Upgraded bucket seats with power for 89 Pontiac Grand Prix with matching rear buckets.
