Description of 1968 Ford Mustang

There are hundreds of pictures and videos of all angles and areas of the car attached to this ad. Please take the time to go through all of them and read the entire ad before asking questions. Mostly everything should be covered in the ad itself. Thank you

Freshly Built RestoMod 1968 mustang.

Imagine the feeling of being behind a freshly built 351 cubic inch Windsor motor producing 390 horsepower to the wheels as you carve the canyons.

The Custom Leather Sparco Race Bucket Seats hug your body as your hands grip the custom Grant Steering Wheel.

The Custom Dakota Digital RPM Gauge shoots up to the power range of 4,500 RPM as you firmly grip the Hurst Short Throw Shifter and effortlessly shift the newly built T5 5 speed transmission into 3rd gear with the assistance of the aftermarket custom Willwood hydraulic clutch pedal.

The Hooker Long Tube Headers deliver a sound that sounds like war from the custom X-pipe and custom exhaust as the car eats up every corner and beats brand new 2020 Mustangs around each bend.

Both of the wide and sticky BF Goodrich G-Force 255/40/18 rear tires grip the road effortlessly as the 9 inch rear differential built to handle over 1,000 horsepower transfers 390 horses to the road.

You look down and see ¼ mile times, 0-60 times, and RPM the car generates on the custom Dakota Digital Dash Gauges as you exit each turn.

As you leave the canyons you feel at ease as the brand new tubular control arm suspension system allows the car to transfer easily from carving corners at high speed to floating over pot holes, bumps, and the rough roads.

The Vintage Air A/C system blows cool air on your face as your heart pounds from the adrenaline the freshly built 1968 mustang gives you.

Everyone will stare and break their neck to look at you while you roar by as the Aqua Metallic Pearl paint job changes color and catches everyone’s eye.

Imagine the smile on your face and the feeling you’ll get while driving this car.

This Car is a canyon carver in the morning and a cruiser at night. The Sparco seats hug your body while you carve the corners and feel like lazy boys when you cruise it down PCH at night. It is Completely new and no expense was spared when building it.

This car has all the features of a new car but with a classic feel to it. Turn on the Classic Air Custom Installed Air Conditioning in the heat and cruise down the freeway in 5th gear at 1700 RPM while getting great gas mileage and listening to the sound of the engine purr. Then put the slicks on and take it to the track and run low 12s.

The exterior of the car is original to the year but with subtle modified touches that only a trained eye can notice. Each custom touch ads incredible styling and sleekness.

For example, the rain gutters over the windows have been shaved off to give it a sleeker look. The side vents have been closed off and shaved smooth to give it a more aerodynamic look when looking at it from the side. The hood vents have been shaved for better aerodynamics. The floor pan has been lowered one inch to accommodate tall drivers and fit the seats comfortably.

You wouldn’t notice these features and custom touches that add so much to the car unless you knew mustangs very very well. Only the trained eyes will notice the difference. Regular people know it’s a mustang but cant put their finger on why its so much cooler than the rest.
The car comes with a freshly built and modernized 351c.i. Windsor engine with high flow ported heads with just 350 driven break in miles.

The brand new rotating assembly pushes 390 Horse Power to the wheels.

A 5 speed T-5 transmission was pulled and rebuilt out of a Mustang to handle the extra power. This beefed up transmission is shifted by a Hurst Short throw shifter and handle.

Modern Dakota Digital Custom Race Pack Gauges to give you all the necessary vehicle data.

Completely new front and rear suspension system to help you hug the corners and have a nice street friendly ride on the streets. Fully tubular front lower and upper control arms with roller bearings and zirk fittings for easy servicing and life extension. Rear 5 leaf reverse eye springs with brand new KYB shocks all around.

To stop all this madness on a dime, we called in a set of 2012 Mustang GT 13 inch front and rear disk brakes for the job.

New steel braided brake lines and all new hard lines front front to back.

Willwood Manual Power Master Cylinder with aftermarket Willwood proportioning valve. Custom Master Cylinder Brake Lines.

A brand new 9 inch differential with 31 spline axles and 3.55 gears and billet carrier bearing case to handle the power to the wheels. Custom lightened driveshaft that attaches all of the torque and horsepower from the engine to the differential.

American Racing 18inch aluminum wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich highly sticky tires.

Aluminum Griffin radiator with a custom electric temperature controlled electric fan to keep the car cool in all temperatures.

The list goes on and on.
