Description of 1919 Ford Model T |
This is a nice 1919 Ford Model TT that you can see run in the following YouTube videos: http://www. youtube. com/watch?v=V_n_kwWsCp0 http://www. youtube. com/watch?v=exVUj3LNqhc http://www. youtube. com/watch?v=tQSu2kQPYqY The truck comes with two boxes; one is what I believe to be the original black wood box that you can see in the pictures. The other box is a brown wooden box that I use for doing very interesting photography (specifically wet plate collodion photography: for those who might be interested in Civil War and early cowboy era photography). This brown box is made of white oak and has three compartments that you can see in the pictures. One of the compartments is quite large that is used for storage and transporting supplies; one of the compartments I use as a saloon; and the final compartment. the one on the back of the box. is used for a dark room. Of course you can use the compartments any way that you wish or even convert them to one large compartment. Each of the three compartments have an electrical outlet installed in them that works when an extension cord is plugged into an outlet in the box. Both of the boxes. the original one and the one made of white oak can be changed out easily. This truck attracts a great deal of attention. The truck has a new carburetor. a new timer. new sparks plugs and wires. new head gasket. and all of the parts have been well cleaned. You ca see in the pictures that the wheel spokes have all of the paint removed and have been stained and finished with varathane. The truck is licensed to drive in Kansas and has a vintage 1919 Kansas license tag mounted on an original Model TT license tag hanger on the front radiator. It is a fun truck. I may work out a deal with the successful bidder for delivery. We can work on that later. On Apr-04-15 at 20:34:55 PDT. seller added the following information: I have been ask the question about the personal property that is shown in the pictures - None of the personal property such as the shotgun. the painting. and the wet plate photography equipment and all other personal property or decorative items that are visible in the pictures are part of this sale. |
