1966 Ford LTD, two-door coupe. Original V8-390 engine, automatic. A similar but separate line from the Ford Galaxie. ONLY 54k original miles! My grandma bought this car NEW in 1967 from the dealership, we are the original owners. This is a unique and impressive vehicle!

In 2016, this car was improved from the inside-out.

• Complete body overhaul, paint strip and sand, rust removal, prime and paint. Paint is new but in original color.

• New upholstery on all seats, matches the original.

• New floor carpet throughout, matches the original. Chrome detail repaired.

• Brake system disassembled and completely redone.

• New exhaust system

• Full transmission overhaul

• New brake lights, headlights, interior lights, new wiper blades

• Resealed front and rear windows - front windshield has small rock chip

• New fuel pump and hose

• New rear shocks, new tires.

• Repaired fuel gauge - new fuel sending unit

• Digital sound system and rear subwoofers - not fully connected right now but should work.

Some other notes…

• Car runs well. We’ve taken it around town, on the freeway, even over Snoqualmie Pass. But it does need some time to get going when turned on and doesn’t idle super well. We’ve noticed that it leaks a little oil. So some TLC will be needed to get it 100%.

• There’s some superficial rust and minor water leaking in the trunk. Needs a new gasket. A good amount of superficial rust spots on the original chrome inside and out.

• The windshield cracked last year. We’re working on getting it replaced but can’t guarantee it - might take time to find a replacement.

• This car is really fun to drive. People take notice! You’ll get lots of questions and compliments about it!
