1979 Ford F350 Pickup Black RWD Automatic crew cab

Truck has been sitting mostly for last 15 years. I have started it and moved it occasionally. Last year I went to move it and had no forward or reverse gears, fluid looks milky for some reason. It's been sealed up so not sure what happened. Motor runs but carb definitely needs rebuilt. Motor may or may not need rebuilt. I think drivers cylinder head has a bad valve seal front cylinder.
